Colchester
A national student accommodation provider asked us to restore the acrylic render and clean the windows on two occupied buildings, a tower and a long curved block. Soft washing at low pressure, rope access from the roof and a spider lift where the ground allowed. In summer 2026 we went back to clean the external glazing on all elevations of two further sites for the same client. Read the Colchester case study.
Epping and Heybridge, Maldon
A care home operator has had us clear the gutters at two of its homes: Epping in July 2018 and Heybridge in February 2021, the second on the same terms as the first. Work at a care home is planned with the home manager so residents and staff are not disturbed.
Harlow Business Park
An external and internal window clean of an engineering company's works in January 2018. One technician, a 7 am start and four and a half hours on site, with the client asking about a builders clean before we left.
Dagenham, on the Essex border
Reach and wash window cleaning across a university campus on Rainham Road in September 2024, followed by an urgent call-out in October 2024 that closed with a written post-works report to the scheme manager.

We price each job on the building, not the postcode. Where we can group your site with other work in the same town, or where a client has several sites, the travel time comes down and so does the price. We say so on the quote.
Yes. The Colchester buildings on this page were occupied throughout. Notices go to residents before the visit, timings are agreed with the site team and a supervisor stays on the ground. Where the calendar allows, the biggest visits go into the summer break.

Yes. Algae and streaking on acrylic or silicone render come off with a soft wash at low pressure. Pressure washing opens the surface and makes the problem come back faster, so we do not use it on render. The Colchester case study shows the result.
Yes. Both of our assessors are IFSM registered and hold the NSA Level 6 Diploma, and they cover the county from London. Blocks of flats, HMOs, student accommodation, care homes and offices are all within scope.
