Offices, studios, restaurants and works want the outside of the building done before the working day starts and the fire safety file kept current without fuss. SeeForth has cleaned glazing inside a Victorian covered market at 6 am, turned round an urgent studio clean the day after the call, and cleaned an Isle of Dogs office block twice for its managing company. This page shows those jobs and what a commercial building can expect.

Leadenhall Market, EC3
High level reach and wash of the external glazing and an internal clean of the ground floor, three times between September 2018 and March 2019. The building sits inside the covered Victorian market, so each visit was booked for a 6 am start, before the traders and the lunchtime crowd arrived. See our City of London page.
Long Lane, Smithfield, EC1
An urgent external and internal clean in April 2022. A slot opened at short notice, we offered it that morning and the work was done the next day. Reach and wash from the pavement outside, hand tools and a squeegee inside, and a water mark free finish on both.
Limeharbour, Isle of Dogs, E14
An internal and external clean of the glazing in November 2023, then an external clean in July 2024 booked for 6 am and confirmed in writing to be complete before midday. Reach and wash from the ground, no scaffold and no lift. See our Canary Wharf page.
Hitchin, SG5
External window cleaning of the first and second floors of an office building on Hermitage Road in February 2024. A small job done properly and invoiced the week it was finished. See our Hertfordshire page.
Harlow Business Park
An external and internal window clean of an engineering company's works in January 2018. One technician, a 7 am start and four and a half hours on site. See our Essex page.

Rope access and MEWP cleaning of taller office buildings, with the method, the licences and the timings set out on our high rise window cleaning page.
Reach and wash to about five storeys, rope access or MEWP above that, hand tools inside.
Cleared at any height, with photographs of what came out, before the leak reaches the ceiling tiles.
The anchors used for window cleaning and fall arrest inspected, load tested and certificated, with a register for the building.
Soft washing and purified water for the front of the building, with any damaged panel or failed sealant reported.
Netting and spikes on ledges, signage and plant areas, with the fouling cleared first.
For the demise, the common parts or the whole building, report within 48 hours, actions ranked by risk.
Commercial buildings across Greater London, including the City and Canary Wharf and Docklands, and across Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridge, from our office at 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE.
Yes. The Limeharbour and Leadenhall Market visits were booked for 6 am and finished before the building filled up. Where the finish time matters we confirm it in writing.
Yes. Reach and wash from the pavement for the outside and hand tools with a squeegee inside, on the same visit with the same crew. That is how the Smithfield studio, the Harlow works and the first Limeharbour visit were done.
The employer or occupier is the Responsible Person for their own demise, and the landlord or managing agent for the common parts. The two must cooperate. We assess either or both, so the reports agree with each other about the escape routes and the alarm.
When a slot opens we say so. The Smithfield studio was cleaned the day after the call. Planned work is booked weeks ahead onto the building's calendar, and we say plainly when a date is not possible.
Rarely. Reach and wash from the ground covers most buildings up to about five storeys. Above that we use rope access from tested anchors or a MEWP, and the licences and timings are set out in the quote.
Yes. Windows, gutters, cladding, eyebolt testing, roof repairs and bird proofing from one office, with the fire risk assessment available from the same firm, so the managing agent has one calendar and one point of contact.
