A time-tracking app that lives in the Mac menu bar. Every fifteen minutes it asks what you are working on; one tap logs the quarter-hour that just passed, so time you forgot to track is recovered rather than lost. It never reads your screen, documents or browsing, and it works entirely offline with no account and no server. In final testing; not yet on sale.
Hubsole is one system for a small service firm: the hub of the business and the console you run it from, shaped to the firm's own words, stages and paperwork. It is in development, built by SeeForth Services Ltd and run on our own business first; a waiting list for founding firms is open at hubsole.com.
