Real work, documented properly

We consider it vitally important to document our works properly. Much of what we do simply can't be seen from the ground — most clients can't climb a 20-storey building to check a repair or maintenance job for themselves. Clear before-and-after photography shows you exactly what condition your building is in and precisely what was done.

The same principle applies to our fire risk assessments: written plainly, without jargon or complicated language, so the findings can be clearly understood — and actioned — by the Responsible Person.
