Bath Street, EC1V
Between 2017 and 2021 one building had almost everything we do. External windows most years, by hand tools at first and by rope access from 2021. Internal primary and secondary glazing in all 72 rooms. A roof condition survey with a photographic report in 2018 and again in 2019. Rainwater goods cleared every year. Render repairs, coping stones re-pointed and anti-bird wire mended in 2019. Rooftop handrails and safety lines tested in 2020. Deep cleans of the studios between tenancies.
New North Road, N1
An office and studio building on New North Road was cleaned by reach and wash every quarter from October 2017 to September 2019. The client came back in September 2025 for an urgent clean of the road elevations, booked for a 5 am start so the pavement was clear before the working day.
Hackney Road, E2
A complex of converted workshops off Hackney Road had its external windows cleaned by reach and wash on a rolling round from October 2017 to March 2020, including a roof light, and again in November 2023. A neighbouring furniture workshop asked us to add its twelve first-floor cast iron windows after seeing the van on site.

Leonard Street, Scrutton Street, Garden Walk and Great Eastern Street, EC2A
First-floor studios in warehouse buildings on Leonard Street, an office on Scrutton Street with external and internal cleaning, a small unit on Garden Walk, and the external glazing of a serviced office building on Great Eastern Street in August 2020. Reach and wash from the pavement, hand tools and a squeegee inside.
Kingsland Road, Redchurch Street and Bethnal Green, E2
Gutter clearance on Kingsland Road in January 2020, where the report noted cast iron hoppers running into plastic downpipes that were not sealed. A managing agent's block on Redchurch Street in October 2020. A primary school off Wilmot Street in February 2026, surveyed from satellite imagery, then cleared by MEWP and roped ladders with the loose moss taken off the roof at the same time.

Yes. Road elevations are booked for 5 or 6 am so the poles and hoses are off the pavement before shops and offices open. The New North Road building in September 2025 was done that way.
Yes. Cast iron and Crittall-style windows are cleaned by reach and wash with purified water outside and hand tools inside. The studios on Hackney Road and Leonard Street are exactly that kind of building.
