A primary school has had its rainwater goods cleared by rope access from portable anchors in October 2017, February 2018, October 2018, October 2020, November 2021, November 2023, November 2024 and most recently in the winter of 2025 to 2026, with the debris bagged and taken away. Its rooftop safety lines and eyebolts were tested and certificated in 2020, 2021 and 2023 on the same visits. The site manager books the work for weekends and holidays so the children are never on site while we are on the roof.

Genuine cast iron downpipes supplied and fitted in April 2018 to replace failed ones. A survey of the courtyard in June 2018 found the pigeons had a food source there, so the bird deterrent installation dealt with the cause as well as the perches. In October 2020 five windows in one apartment showing water ingress were resealed.
