Howie Street, Battersea, SW11
The prestige areas of the campus buildings on Howie Street have been cleaned on a regular programme since September 2024, with the full external campus cleaned in April 2025, September 2025 and March 2026. Our window engineer has repaired a stuck ground floor window, gone through a run of Teleflex windows on one building's second floor, and in May 2026 investigated and repaired two faults in the studio building, each with a survey report and photographs.
Battersea Power Station, Nine Elms, SW11
For a property maintenance firm in September 2024: cracked glass panels removed and fire-rated boards installed and painted black in their place, done on a Saturday to keep out of the way of the site.
Kennington Lane, SE11
An office building on Kennington Lane has had its frontage windows cleaned, an annual external window clean in June 2022, and an annual roof inspection and clean, so the building's owner gets one report a year on the roof as well as clean glass.
Peckham Road, Camberwell, SE5
Rainwater goods cleared by rope access from portable anchors in December 2023. The clearance found hoppers and a downpipe that needed remedial work and natural slates that needed replacing, done in February 2024 with a spider MEWP brought to site. The full clearance across all blocks was repeated in October 2025 by rope access and MEWP, with a follow-up in January 2026.
Reach and wash from the ground, rope access or MEWP above five storeys, hand tools for entrance glass. See high rise and mid rise window cleaning.
Stuck, dropped and misaligned windows repaired or made safe; cracked panels removed and replaced with fire-rated boards where a like-for-like pane is not the answer. Ask us when you enquire.
Cleared at any height by rope access from portable anchors, MEWP or high-reach vacuum, with the hoppers and downpipes checked and photographed. See rainwater clearance.
An annual roof inspection and clean, and slates, flashing and ridges repaired when the inspection finds them. See roof repairs.
Roof anchors and safety lines inspected, tested and certificated. See eyebolt testing.
Campuses, offices and blocks of flats assessed by IFSM registered Level 6 assessors, report within 48 hours. See fire risk assessments.
