Stratford High Street, E15
A student accommodation tower on Stratford High Street has had its external glazing cleaned by rope access from the roof most years since 2018: November 2018, May 2020, July 2021, April 2022 and August 2023. Every window, frame and ledge on every elevation, planned around the summer changeover so the glass was clean for the new intake. In August 2020 the same site needed an urgent deep clean of studio rooms, twenty or more flats cleaned and sanitised to a written specification, and in 2023 the communal areas were cleaned inside on the same programme.
New Road, Whitechapel, E1
A hotel on New Road had its windows cleaned outside by reach and wash and inside by hand on nine visits between April 2018 and March 2019, about every six weeks, each one booked with the hotel.
Vallance Road, E1, and Wrexham Road, E3
A flat on Vallance Road cleaned by reach and wash in August 2018, and an external clean of a house on Wrexham Road in Bow the same month, done as an urgent job.
